By accessing, registering on, or using the nustar.game platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the nustar.game Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of nustar.game or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the nustar.game Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using funds belonging to another person.

nustar.game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

To access real-money gaming on nustar.game, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one nustar.game account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Account Ownership: Your nustar.game account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Contact Information: You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number and any other contact details current and accurate. nustar.game is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact information.

nustar.game reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nustar.game account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your nustar.game account.
• You must notify nustar.game support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• nustar.game will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number to add an additional layer of security to your account.

nustar.game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified nustar.game of unauthorized access and taken all reasonable steps to secure your account.

nustar.game accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are the only methods available on the Platform:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (issued by a Philippine bank)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nustar.game reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your nustar.game account and are subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nustar.game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Same-Source Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your nustar.game account. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status and transaction history.

nustar.game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

nustar.game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and other game categories may have different contribution percentages. These are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status.
• Abuse Prevention: nustar.game reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

nustar.game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date, except where required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

All games available on nustar.game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, nustar.game will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to your account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are void.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustar.game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder money.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to nustar.game support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nustar.game staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

nustar.game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.

All content on the nustar.game Platform, including but not limited to: the nustar.game name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of nustar.game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any nustar.game trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of nustar.game intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which nustar.game reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustar.game, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond nustar.game's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

nustar.game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustar.game account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nustar.game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nustar.game reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order.
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age.
• Any other reason that nustar.game, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, nustar.game reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable investigations are concluded, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your nustar.game account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nustar.game Platform.

nustar.game operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including but not limited to: the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

nustar.game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nustar.game will notify registered players via the contact details on file (SMS or email) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the nustar.game Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team prior to the effective date of the changes.
